Q). Can I send my child to AOE, INC. to change his/her aggressive behavior patterns?

A). Specialized Youth Trainings are developed solely with the intention to groom, polish and prepare youth to be socially excellent in diverse social settings. In order to successfully complete AOE, INC. trainings, the participant must be willing  to learn, knowing they are being groomed and prepared for future excellence.

Q). What is the difference between Specialized Trainings and Community Partner Trainings?

A). Because AOE, INC. is a non profit company - Specialized youth, adult and professional trainings are offered at a modest fee less than industry "for profit" standards. Trainings are conducted without  compromising on quality. Proceeds from the Specialized youth, adult and professional trainings contribute directly to assisting adults and children in the community.

Q). I was recently laid off from my job. Can AOE, INC. assist me to redefine my life to be competitive in my job search?

A). Yes. We realized our society has and is constantly changing. AOE, Inc. is designed to equip the individual who has recently lost their job, need to re-enter the workplace or transition to a new industry.

Q). Can I back out of a training contract after I sign the agreement of service?

A). Yes. However, the consultation fee and deposit (if applicable) is non refundable.

Q). Why is there a consultation fee for Specialized Trainings and how much is it?

A). Consultations involves the time of an AOE, Inc. professional.  AOE, INC. provides each client with the utmost respect and consideration by meeting, at their convenience, to discuss the specific desired service. The consultation fee is 10% of the concluded service amount.


Q). I am in the process of planning my wedding. Can AOE, INC. provide social protocol training to me and my court?

A). Yes. This would be a Specialized Training service and as a non profit  we can provide exceptional service for a modest fee.
