BY DEFINITION: Pronounced la.dy - A woman (girl) having the refined habits, gentle manners, and sense of responsibility often associated with breeding, culture, and high station; the feminine equivalent of a gentleman.

Today's youth, especially young girls (ladies)  are constantly bombarded with  visual messages on how they should look, act and feel. This can be quite overwhelming to absorb at an early age and can lead to a negative self presence ,  self  esteem and self worth. The true quality and nature of  a polished and poised young lady actually has little to do with  outside appearance and more to do with the true quality of the  person on the inside. Avenues of Excellence believe in providing training services that will develop and promote a positive self image for young girls to inspire them to become graceful, poised and prepared for a successful life. Knowing and understanding self control at an early age is the foundation for success.

Trainings are fun, interactive and informative.

Trainings are conducted in group or individual settings.

Elements to trainings include: Posture, walking, sitting, communication (verbal and non verbal levels), dining skills, social skills and self presentation.

Proceeds from the specialty training services go directly towards supporting our Community Partner programs.
